css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1615545389684{padding-bottom: 30px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1648153559589{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]\u8981\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u5bb6\u7b26\u5408\u9053\u5fb7\u3001\u8bda\u4fe1\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u610f\u5473\u7740\u9700\u8981\u670d\u4ece\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u5bb6\u8de8\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u5f00\u5c55\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5730\u533a\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3aEquinix\u5458\u5de5\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6709\u4e49\u52a1\u7406\u89e3\u5e76\u9075\u5b88\u6240\u6709\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ea7\u751f\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0e\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>\u7ade\u4e89\u4e0e\u516c\u5e73\u4ea4\u6613<\/h4>\n<p>\u5728Equinix\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u91cd\u89c6\u81ea\u7531\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u5e76\u5bfb\u6c42\u4ee5\u516c\u5e73\u3001\u8bda\u4fe1\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f00\u5c55\u7ade\u4e89\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5bfb\u6c42\u83b7\u5f97\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4e13\u6709\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u5360\u6709\u672a\u7ecf\u5176\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u800c\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u673a\u5bc6\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u6216\u8981\u6c42\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u524d\u4efb\u5458\u5de5\u6216\u73b0\u4efb\u5458\u5de5\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u5206\u4eab\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4e13\u6709\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u540c\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u6709\u7684\u4f9b\u8d27\u5546\u516c\u5e73\u3001\u8bda\u4fe1\u5730\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u4ed6\u4eec\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4f55\u65b9\u6216\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52a1\u7c7b\u578b\u5982\u4f55\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4ece\u4e8b\u516c\u5f00\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u91c7\u8d2d\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7ade\u4e89\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u9009\u62e9\u4f9b\u8d27\u5546\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u7d27\u5bc6\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u5766\u8bda\u6c9f\u901a\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u5efa\u7acb\u4e92\u60e0\u5173\u7cfb\u3002[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; z_index=&#8221;&#8221; anchor=&#8221;Anti-bribery_and_corruption&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; el_class=&#8221;purpose_values&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616046403361{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>\u53cd\u8150\u8d25\u4e0e\u53cd\u8d3f\u8d42<\/h4>\n<p>\u5728Equinix\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4ee5\u8bda\u4fe1\u3001\u6b63\u76f4\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u6765\u5f00\u5c55\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4ee5\u4efb\u4f55\u7406\u7531\u5411\u4ed6\u4eba\u884c\u8d3f\u3001\u7ed9\u4e88\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u56de\u6263\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4e0d\u5f53\u4ed8\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u5bb6\u8de8\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u6211\u4eec\u5f00\u5c55\u4e1a\u52a1\u6240\u5728\u56fd\u7684\u53cd\u8d3f\u8d42\u4e0e\u53cd\u8150\u8d25\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u300a\u7f8e\u56fd\u53cd\u6d77\u5916\u8150\u8d25\u6cd5\u300b(FCPA)\u4ee5\u53ca\u300a\u82f1\u56fd\u53cd\u8d3f\u8d42\u6cd5\u300b\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e25\u4ee4\u7981\u6b62\u8d3f\u8d42\u53ca\u8150\u8d25\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6d89\u53ca\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u5458\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Equinix\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5458\u5de5\u3001\u9ad8\u7ea7\u804c\u5458\u3001\u4ee3\u7406\u6216\u72ec\u7acb\u627f\u5305\u5546\u5747\u4e0d\u5f97\u4ee5\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u4e49\u5411\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u7ed9\u4e88\u6216\u63d0\u8bae\u7ed9\u4e88\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u4ef7\u7269\u4ee5\u83b7\u53d6\u4e1a\u52a1\u6216\u4e0d\u5f53\u5f97\u76ca\u3002\u8fdd\u53cd\u6b64\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u4f1a\u4f7f\u60a8\u53caEquinix\u53d7\u5230\u5904\u7f5a\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u540d\u8a89\u9020\u6210\u635f\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u7981\u6b62\u8d3f\u8d42\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u975e\u5e38\u5e7f\u6cdb\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5411\u653f\u5e9c\u5458\u5de5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5404\u7c7b\u793c\u54c1\u6216\u6b3e\u5f85\u5747\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e0d\u5f53\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9664\u4e0b\u5217\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u9650\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u5916\uff0c\u5458\u5de5\u4e0d\u5f97\u5411\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u5458\u6216\u516c\u52a1\u5458\u8d60\u4e88\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u3001\u627f\u8bfa\u6216\u6279\u51c6\u4efb\u4f55\u4ed8\u6b3e\u3001\u5229\u76ca\u6216\u73b0\u91d1\u793c\u54c1\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u4ef7\u7269\u3002\u6b64\u6761\u89c4\u5219\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u60a8\u81ea\u8eab\u6216\u901a\u8fc7\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\uff08\u5982\u5206\u9500\u5546\u6216\u72ec\u7acb\u627f\u5305\u5546\uff09\u5411\u4ed6\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u793c\u54c1\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6761\u89c4\u5219\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u60a8\u5c1d\u8bd5\u786e\u4fdd\u4e1a\u52a1\u5f00\u5c55\u6216\u5bfb\u6c42\u83b7\u5f97\u4f18\u52bf\uff08\u5982\u7ade\u4e89\u5bf9\u624b\u6240\u4e0d\u5177\u5907\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u3001\u4f18\u60e0\u5f85\u9047\u7b49\uff09\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u3002\u5411\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u5458\u6216\u516c\u52a1\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u793c\u54c1\u6216\u6b3e\u5f85\u5747\u987b\u7b26\u5408\u4e0b\u5217\u5177\u4f53\u6807\u51c6\uff1a[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;
