Dit betekent dat u al onze beleidsregels, en de wet- en regelgeving die van toepassing zijn op uw werk moet begrijpen en naleven, en advies moet inwinnen als u vragen of zorgen hebt. Werknemers die onze Gedragscode schenden, brengen zichzelf, collega&#8217;s en ons bedrijf in gevaar en zijn onderworpen aan disciplinaire maatregelen, waaronder het be\u00ebindigen van hun dienstverband.<\/p>\n<p>Werknemers die toezicht houden op anderen hebben een bijzonder belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid om het goede voorbeeld te geven en de hoogste gedragsnormen te handhaven. Als u toezicht houdt op anderen, moet u een omgeving bevorderen waarin werknemers hun verantwoordelijkheden begrijpen en zich op hun gemak voelen om problemen en zorgen aan te kaarten zonder bang te zijn voor represailles. Als er een probleem aan de orde wordt gesteld, moet u onmiddellijk actie ondernemen.<\/p>\n<p>Ook moet u ervoor zorgen dat elke werknemer onder uw toezicht onze Gedragscode en de beleidsregels, wet- en regelgeving die van invloed zijn op onze werkplek begrijpt.
